Celebrated my son’s birthday food was good drinks were good but our server kayla was very sweet and friendly. She made sure my son had a good experience.

Solid spot! We’ve been passing this place at the food court for the longest time and finally decided to try it out! Yall they actually got some good food!!! They do have an extensive sweets drink list, which we will be trying more of next time we visit! We got some happy hour lemon pepper wings and fries and they hit. Definitely a unique spot in the midst of the mall offerings. And thanks to our server Esmeralda for a great visit!

I can’t lie....I didn’t know this was inside the Galleria. I booked a reservation for 15 pple for my grandbaby birthday despite the previous reviews we still wanted to try them for ourselves & they did NOT disappoint.....WE ENJOYED OURSELVES! From the atmosphere, the service & the food.....EVERYTHING WAS GOOD! Our waitress/server Kae was the absolute sweetest.....thank you Sugar Factory.....it was a pleasure!

We went for my daughter birthday dinner and everything was perfect! The G.M. Bianaca made sure everything went smooth and my daughter had the best time. She even played her song so she could do a birthday dance! The chef, Jo, took good care of us and even escorted my mom to the restroom because she didn't know where to go! Jasmine at the bar took care of my guest with drinks. I am so happy they finally opened this location! We have been waiting and now we can go all the time. The staff was great and everyone made sure everything was OK for us. We definitely enjoyed every moment!

Esmeralda was wonderful! My 5 year old enjoyed her birthday! The food was wonderful, our waitress was wonderful! The vibe was great! I will do her birthday here every year!! And of course they had something for the adults! We lined dance and had a good time!

We celebrated my niece and daughter’s 17th & 18th Birthday. I want to say job well done to our server, Esmeralda and manager Bianca! Even with multiple large parties, they succeeded in making this a memorable occasion for my daughter, niece and friends! Below is a few pics capturing the moment. We purchased the birthday celebration package which came with huge portions! The entire staff were great and welcoming! Thank you !
